弄了罗汉果水,把需要的份量舀出来,剩下的我加进龙眼干,煮成罗汉果龙眼水,吴爸爸很喜欢哦。。:)
食谱参考:蒸出蛋糕香
材料:
A.
罗汉果水 180g *
牛油 90g (我放 65g)
赤砂糖 150g (我放molasses 65g)
B.
龙眼干 300g (我放100g)
C.
鸡蛋 3粒
D.
面粉 180g (我用低筋面粉)
双性发粉 1茶匙
小苏打 1茶匙
切碎核桃 150g (我没放)
做法:
1. 将A煮沸,然后加进B搅拌均匀。搁置备用。
2. 加入C搅拌均匀。
3. 加入过筛的D混合搅拌均匀。
4. 倒入搽油铺纸的长条形或圆形烤模里。
5. 放入蒸笼里蒸 70分钟。(我用steamer,35分钟)
*罗汉果水:罗汉果1粒+1000ml 水煮15分钟。

ReplyDelete应该是我功夫不到家,味道是不错,但是觉得有那种“面粉”味,在猜是不是double action baking powder或者baking soda的味道。。
