德式酥饼
食谱:
无盐牛油 - 225g
糖粉 - 75g
马铃薯粉 - 250g
低筋面粉 - 160g
做法:
1. 将无盐牛油与糖粉用搅拌器搅拌至松发。
2. 加入过筛的马铃薯粉和低筋面粉揉成面团。
3. 把面团揉成小粒, 再用叉子稍微压扁
4. 放进预热170度的烤箱烤15-20 分钟。
