Yakult戚风

好久没做戚风了,
最后一次做是在8月底,快3个月了。。
还好没出什么差错。。:)







材料:
蛋黄 3个
沙拉油 50ml
Yakult 55g
低筋粉 75g

蛋白 3个
细砂糖 50g

*7寸戚风模。
*一般戚风做法。
*烤箱最底层,160度,32分钟。

    又来敲你的门,打捞你了, I use to bake chiffon cake, and notice that after cutting it, it is a bit sticky, especially the second day, is it normal? Do advice. Thanks.
