板豆腐1塊,
嫩薑2片,
太白粉適量
調味料:
味霖2大匙,
醬油2大匙,
糖1大匙,
清水1大匙
(調味份量為參考,請依照自己喜好調整)
最後裝飾:
青蔥1支,
