芋香戚风蛋糕
材料A:
1. 蛋黄6粒,
2. 糖30g,
3. 粟米油90g,
4. 鲜奶105g,
5. 芋头香精半茶匙
6. 低粉100g,
7. 发粉1/2tsp
材料B:
1. 蛋白6粒,
2. 糖120g (我放80g)
3. 塔塔粉1/8tsp,
做法:
一般戚风蛋糕做法,我是用一个22cm的模,170度,大概烤35-40分钟。
