香橙罂粟子戚风蛋糕
食谱源自
The Kitchen 70
我把糖减少10g,还是觉得有点甜,下次做,要再减少一点糖。
材料:
蛋黄4粒,
糖20g (我放10g),
1/4tsp盐,
粟米油50g,
橙汁60g,
1粒橙(磨皮茸)(我没放)
低粉90g
蛋白4粒,
塔塔粉1/8tsp,
糖70g
罂粟子1tbsp
