One Bowl Blackberry Cake

前几天去carrefour,看到新鲜的blackberry和strawberry,因为平时不常看到新鲜且漂亮的blackberry,所以就快快买回来。

然后上网找食谱,看中了这个 One Bowl Blackberry Cake.

食谱上要的是9或10寸shallow pan, 我用了一个7” 派盘和一个小个的心形盘。
7”派盘用Blackberry,心形盘用了草莓。

成品让我有点失望(跟原食谱的照片差得太远了。。XD),太厚了,觉得如果用9或10寸的盘,成品应该会比较理想。

还好味道还算ok,吴爸爸是觉得blackberry太酸,他说把blackberry换成葡萄干应该会很好吃。

Recipe Source : Table for 2 or more and Espresso and Cream


135gm cake flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp sodium bicarbonate
80gm sugar + 20gm sugar for sprinkling  
120ml Milk

1tsb lemon juice
55gm melted butter
1 egg
1 cup black berries



1. Preheat oven at 170(fan)/190C. Line the base of a 9 or 10 inch shallow pan. 
2. Sift flour, baking powder and sodium bicarb into a mixing bowl. Mix in 80gm sugar.
3. Make a well and pour in milk, melted butter, lemon juice and egg. Mix until combined.
4. Pour batter into lined pan and arrange blackberries onto cake.
5. Sprinkle sugar over batter 
6. Bake cake for 20 minutes (the baked cake is only about 1.5cm tall when cooled down)
