海苔芝麻馒头
低筋面粉 300g
细糖 30g
海苔芝麻粉 5g
泡打粉 2g
酵母 3g
水160g
1. 一般包子做法。面团打好后,静置约20分钟。
2. 将面团整形成长条形,用刀把每块切成约5公分大。
3. 排入蒸笼,静置发酵约25分钟。
4. 水滚后,放进蒸笼大火蒸大概8分钟。
