Banana Cake

阿姨昨天带来了2串香蕉,
妈妈给了我一串,
我就开始“寻寻觅觅”香蕉料理的食谱,
最后决定做 Table for 2 or...more 的香蕉蛋糕,
做了她的Upgrade版。。:P
加进了 60g的葡萄干和50g的核桃。



食谱源自Table for 2... or more

Ingredients (A) : (我做的份量)
300gm flour (200g)
1 ½ tsp sodium bicarbonate (3/4t)
200gm sugar (100g Organic Molasses Sugar)

Ingredients (B)
3 eggs (2 pcs)
300gm banana (pureed) (200g)
180ml vegetable oil (120g)
180ml buttermilk (or substitute with 180ml milk poured over 1 Tbsp lemon juice) (120ml)

Method:
1. Sift flour and sodium bicarbonate.
2. Mix with sugar.
3. Mix (B) together.
4. Combine (A) and (B) to a smooth paste.
5. Pour batter into a 9x13 inch baking tray.
6. Bake at 170C for 45minutes to 1 hour. (175C, 40 分钟)
