巧克力相思蛋糕

今天的巧克力口味的相思蛋糕,
中间没有涂上馅料,觉得这样也很好吃,
还是一样湿润柔软。


食谱参考自Baking Wonderland 的 Jasmine Ang

用料A:
粟米油 65 g
奶水 80 ml
盐1/4 茶匙
蛋黃 100 g
全蛋 1 粒
特幼面粉 65 g (我用HK面粉)
Chocolate Emulco  1 茶匙

用料B:
蛋白 200 g
幼糖 75 g
塔塔粉 1/2 茶匙

做法 : A
1) 粟米油+奶水+Chocolate Emulco+盐+蛋黃+全蛋打至起小泡
2) 加入HK面粉再打滑,放一邊 (不能吹風 )

做法 : B
1. 蛋白加入塔塔粉和幼糖打至起泡不跌
2. 最后A+B拌均勻,倒入7寸方形脱底模,放入烤炉最底层,160C 48min。
3. 出炉后,倒扣待凉。

    1. 哈哈。。相思病是不会啦,因为觉得好吃,所以才一直做。
      口感接近戚风,但是比较湿润。。:)

  9. I baked this cake just now but it doesn't turn out as nice as yours.i used 5yolks plus one whole egg and 5 whites.Any problem with that?The yolk mixture quite runny,i used only 50g oil.

  10. I also used 5 grade A egg yolks and 1 whole egg,and the mixture is indeed runny. I guessed maybe the cake is not fully cooked. :)

    I am Irene, absolutely LOVE your blog ^o_0^...
    I like to know is the cake using water bath to bake? I tried it and it turned up yummy yummy, I used 3TBsp Oil, and increase milk to 100ml, it is moist and soft. Thanks for posting recipes.

    I am Yvonne , I had try to make acacia cake twice but when after cool always collapse . Not like a cake i think like a "kuih".Do we need to grease or line the pan and is it had to use loose bottom pan? And when we invert the cake after take out from oven is it with the pan to cool completely?Thanks.

      1. i don't grease or line the cake pan, if you want to do so, maybe u can give it a try.
      2. u can use normal cake pan or loose bottom cake pan, it is up to you..:)
      3. i invert the cake with the cake pan.
